The long stay
I am posting from my iPhone! So this won't be a long post. Just to say I have been in hospital since last Thursday! I won't go into the gory details here. Suffice to say there is unstoppable ( at the moment!) bleeding going on. So I am having lots of care and transfusions, and staying in Cumbria until next Tuesday. I will then be taken to London in an ambulance on Tuesday! That's 200 miles folks! From next week the Royal Marsden will look after me. I am being well looked after and will blog when I can. Xx

As long as they can get you sorted out in London! What they ought to have done is shipped you off to Holby City. They can do anything there. Thinking of you.

That sounds grim. I hope that they are able to stop the bleeding and you will be well enough to make the trip to London.
Onwards to the Royal Marsden Jo. Hope the hospital food is much better there and look forward to your report on same.
Tell 'em to put the siren on for the whole 200 miles.

Wow - seems like you are going through a rough patch right now. Hang on in there girl. It sounds like you are getting good care, with the RM to `look forward to`.
My thoughts are with you and I hope to hear some good news soon.
