This was taken when we visited Mount Rainier in Seattle, by our good friend S who is a brilliant photographer.
I wish I had the knack.I am really pleased with this photo ! I am sure there will be more to come.
I have lost another seven pounds since this was taken- slowly but surely.....

Looks a cold spot, but you look warm enough, so maybe it's an illusion because of the snow background.
Congratulations on a further 7lbs loss. It has taken me 4 months to lose 7 lbs!!! However, as I can't get too active these days, it is an achievement in it's own way.

I love this mountain. Did you enjoy seeing its profile while you were here? I think it's amazing to be able to see it all, from sea level to 14,000 feet! We can see the top of it from our house.
P.S. I'm glad that your frog in the house wasn't a snake in the house!
