Elf spotted on a bridge

Here is a photo of an elf spotted on a bridge in Scotland over Christmas. She looks reflective doesn't she, as if she is going to create some mischief sometime soon? Check out the hat that cover her pixie ears.
Rare to spot the little people but it was Christmas day and very quiet everywhere, especially with the heavy snow all around.
Maybe if you make a wish, she may just grant it.
