Hi Jo,

I love your list. Which Olympics did you go to? Mine was Sydney, of course. I'm impressed that you've read the Iliad; I never managed to finish it. I just realised that I've had my portrait painted, many times, by my kids, LOL.

it's all a lie- I must have bolded the olympics one by mistake- that and the one about the polka!
I have now sorted it out. Oops. Have now amended. I hope to go to London in 2012.
I have however read the Ilied. That is true. In English and in Greek. Impressive eh?

Hey this is a long list. Maybe they should add "Jump off the New River Gorge Bridge" to the list. Thanks for stopping by my sight and leaving a comment. Seriously, tho, they do come from all over the world to jump. What's the old saying about jumping out of a perfectly good airplane -- I think now you could change it to - "Why jump off of a perfectly good bridge?" You would never catch me doing it, but it is fun to watch. They've also done bungie jumping off of it, too.
And I would love to visit Ireland. My mother's ancestry is Scotch-Irish.
