So- that's forty pounds altogether, and two more to go before the big three stone target. Had photos taken yesterday so I promise to post them if I can get them electronically. Then you can see the difference! (and so can I!!)
Despite having a few lovely days in London planned next week and two weeks in the glorious USA at the end of May, I have decided to stick to the programme throughout, although I will be eating a bit while on both holidays ( and definitely drinking!!)
I want to lose the rest by my birthday which is in October. Four more stone for sure, and maybe five.
And in five pounds time, it's back to the personal trainer. Very strict but the results are brilliant, and I haven't got the self discipline to push myself as much as I need to in the gym. He works with teenager and the results have been transformational.
Hope you are all having a fabulous week.

Well, yeah. Don't ever give up the drinking. Congrats on the 40. I've been working FOREVER and losing nothing. They just keep telling I'm gaining muscle. Perhaps if I gave up the drink... never.
Well done, Jo.
Enjoy your holidays in London and the US, I'm glad to hear you will at least allow yourself a few treats then. You've got to give yourself some reward for all your hard work.
that truly is amazing, I can't wait to see photos.....

hi, well done, you must notice lots more energy. I have been going up and down like a yoyo. thanks for coming and visiting my blog. take care. keep up the good work.
Congrats on the 40. Wow, that is an achievement! What program are you doing again, and do we get it over here in the US?
Can you translate stone into pounds for us uncivilised, non-metric, non-English folk? I like the sound of "stone" more than "pounds," but I want to be able to properly appreciate your progress, and I don't see any photos. I am enjoying your progress immensely from here!
Happy Easter!
Well done Jo. You should be well chuffed!! Personal Trainer? I'd need someone kicking my backside to exercise. I am full of good intentions though.
What day in October is your birthday? mine is the 8th.
What a celebration you can have. I have managed to stay at 14 pounds loss despite eating normally for a week. I was surprised at that to be honest but I'm eating smaller amounts and stopping when I'm satisfied.
Good luck!
Pamock- I am on LighterLife. Not sure if you have it in the US.
Karen- I have lost 42lbs!
