Visit me here in the beautiful English Lakes and get a brief glimpse into the life of a busy mum, wife and budding entrepreneur.
Er Jo - did you know the exchange partner had 'issues' before you sent teenager? Teenager does seem to have a glow about him. Oh to be young again!
And you miss him like crazy, too, but are glad he got this opportunity! (I speak fluent Mom).
Marjie- you are right. I miss him like mad. I am not sure how I will get through the next few weeks. Sigh
THREE WEEKS ALREADY! Wow. That is amazing. It's probably not going fast for you, but it may be flying by for him. He looks wonderful and happy. If you want any more info about the Seattle-area places I mentioned, leave a comment on my blog with your email, and I will send you mine. You would need to take a 35-minute ferry ride to get to two of them, and you'd need a car or taxi on the other side, but it's a fun trip and well worth it. That's how my husband commutes to work -- by ferry & vanpool. When do you embark?
What an amazing experience for Teenager! If nothing else, it will make him appreciate you more. You have done the right thing by letting him go!
He certainly looks relaxed and happy!
