Anyway, your good friend Lakeland Jo resembles one at the moment. Why? As part of the weight loss campaign, I have lost lots of weight of my hips and legs, and lots of weight from my neck, face and whole chest and back area.
But the middle part ( despite losing five inches off my waist!!) is resolute and steadfast. The classic apple shape ( and yes- I know- its the least healthy shape to have... ).
There's still plenty there to work at. Sigh. All taxed, bought and paid for. Now it's time to pay the fiddler.......... I look admiringly in the mirror... and end up laughing.
Yes there will before and after pictures, but only after....
Best regards
Lakeland Weeble

It is a good start...apple then what? banana? They say the belly is the last to go...it is holding on for dear life. good luck. :)
So your an apple, I'm a pear. Don't know which is worse... if they fit my hips it gapes at the waist, fit the waist and can't sit down. Ouch!
I had an aunt who was an apple shape, she always seemed to cuddly when I was little, I adored her. Sadly long gone now.
I guess the grass is always greener, I have straight hair my friend natural frizz, some days we would like to swap, I bet we would soon swap back! at least I can perm mine.
where am I going with this? lost the plot!

Well done, Lakeland Jo, I wish I could follow your example! If I can get the baby sitting side sorted out...I may turn into Steve Cram. ha! ha!
Hi Jo,
Yep, the belly is the hardest to get rid off. The only thing that helps a bit are tummy exercises. And even with those, it takes a while. But hey, you've done great, and you can always wear a girdle! Haha.
Happy weekend!

Belly fat is always the hardest to shed, but it will go eventually.
You are a great example to us all.
Hehehe I loved the weebles! At least it means you will never fall over! :-)
Seriously though, you are doing great - stick with it we are all rooting for you!
P.S. Last I heard apples were healthy?
