I am very excited to announce that I have had 500 hits on my blog- I am very pleased about it. I started at the end of July and I have really enjoyed chatting to folk from all over the world. I have learnt quite a bit about blogging and know I have tons more to discover. Despite losing my original blog address ( someone else had it!) and all my original hits, Life in Windermere is now going strong and my little map is covered by visitors from all over the place.
Thanks to everyone who reads regularly, and especially those of you who leave comments, and especially Expat Mum who suggested I had a go.

Well done, Lakeland Jo, how do you measure the hits? Any IT comments would be gratefully received as I am a bit phobic to certain things!
