Happy New Year from two snowmen in Bowness

Here are other half and teenager on New Year's day near lake Windermere at Bowness. It was a very cold day but beautiful as you can see.
I have told other half that this will be the last new year where teenager is smaller than his dad!
Watch this space in a year's time.
You can see a tourist boat behind them. The bigger ones don't run at this time of year, but the smaller ones are usually busy even in the winter.

Just look at the two handsome snowmen in your life, Jo! And what a beautiful, picturesque spot they were in! It does look cold there.

Thank you for sharing your snowmen. :-)

Hugs,

Renie

Great photo, Jo. I'm sure you're right, teenager will soon be leaving dad way behind. :-)

You are very blessed to live in the lakes! I found you via Gill's blog, I am really interested in an MA in religious studies. Are you enjoying it?
